The ice was off the pond, second day in a row of 60° weather & I played hooky for an hour. Nothing on the standard bugger so I threw a white beadhead. A small largemouth, couple of fat bluegill, a bunch of crappie (they were small & taking it on the drop or on the bottom, so maybe early beds) & one really nice cat that snapped my 2x tippet on a run.
