I leave the hooks in their boxes. I have 4 different plastic boxes that I keep the boxes of hooks in. Boxes are label for dry fly, wet fly, streamer and miscellaneous.

I've been cutting the labels off the hook boxes and placing in compartment with hook but I think I'm going to male labels for the outside of each compartment.
