Now I basically create a new word file for each. It is not as organized as it could be but by keeping it narrowed to flies I use or want to use and by category - emergers for example. I find them quickly. If it grows, I will simply create new folders and move the files for the folders into it. Simple and easy. I like it now because I can add any number of photos, show peoples variations and write any notes such as where I used it and how it worked on the file.
