Actually, Byard provided the bags and card stock along with shipping them out. 
We plucked and sorted them, sent them back and he sent the results out to the 
rest of the participants. Sitting at the kitchen table plucking and sorting two 
saddles into 12 piles each is not something you easily forget.

Byard used to meister them and do the plucking  & repackaging.
 
If someone had the time and inclination, and was a  long-standing member of the 
VFB in good standing and accessible by other  VFB-ers, I could get them set up 
with Dr. Tom to get wholesale pricing on  'co-op' saddles.
 
This time he will send the re-packaging bags and  header cards, so there's no 
problem with his re-packaging rules.
