Any small fiesty fish would be fun on those mini rods.  

For warm-water, I would go for bluegill, crappie, and small bass species.

For saltwater, I'm thinking pinfish, needlfish, baby barracudas.  I have an 
array of tiny charlies and shrimp just for fishing pinfish close to shore.
