I have tried Teresa's address too with the same result. That's the same mail server. Just now I tried my WORK address, with a different mail server... and the same again.
Not address problem, not provider problem... it's a "Swedish suckers" thing. But it's not an actual 'problem' anymore. I can get through to him with my Gmail address and 'AT ALL' is enough to me.
