You may want to try some other dry drink mixes they use the same type dyes, stuff like Ocean-Spray or Crystal light or generic brands. Be a bit more pricey but possibly more available.
I saw a shirt that was dyed with 100% cranberry and grape juice that was mixed with red wine vinegar that had really nice color that might also be an option.
