Do you have a fruit dryer? Washed and put whole on the fruit dryer works
wonderfully.  If not, wash, then wearing gloves, and taking the same cotton
string you use to tie a turkey's leg when you roast it, using a large eyed
darning needle, thread the cotton and then run the thread through each of
the tops of the peppers in a row, making a long string, then make a wrap of
nylon net  ( you can get this in a bridal or fabric store) which helps keep
pests off them. Hang in  a sunny place, such as off your deck, and let
nature do the task for you.  Hope this helps. Joyce
