Up in southern New Hampshire, we got a little flooding, winds and lots of needed rain.

Good day for tying up a order of DeFoes Black Diamond, on brooch pins with a variation of half with a white wing, so I'm calling it white diamonds all for the American FF Museum.

I think there may have been more damage in Virginia, I know southern Va
near Richmond and towards the ocean from there were hit harder. My
daughter goes to college at William & Mary in Williamsburg. there closed

power there either.
I work in Lorton and had a couple of co-workers there overnight, I still
can't get through to them via Nextel, cell phone or email. Just got done
accessing the yard and am starting to check the news for local conditions.

            Hi All;
I lost power 10pm last night, just now getting it back. I
got my generator running, powered up my frig and freezer and
was about to fiure out how to power my well pump when power
was restored. This has been my longest power outage(13hrs)
in the twenty years of living here. Makes me think the
hassle of maintaining a generator may not be worth it..
Lots of leaves and small branches everywhere, a coouple of
garden trellis fell over, one or two dead trees bit the dust
but so far no major damage, just a lot of cleaning up to do.
I did see the National guard and a lot of heavy equipment go
by so somebody got it much worse than me.
