When I started my community ed classes at a local high school I got the tool s from Cascade Crest, they have some nice basic tools that have lasted 3 seasons.

For the vises I use Regal vises, they are made less than 100 miles from me and the class location. The town I teach in is very big on buying local, carbon footprint watching and all that, also helps that is is higher income for the area.

Hey folks I am thinking about starting up some Beginners Fly Tying
Classes with my local Community Education program. Does anyone know
where I can rent, borrow or buy cheaply vises and tools for such an
endeavor. I was thinking max of 8-10 people per scheduled class.
