In the front of my catalg is a note stating that. Under 'Minimum Orders'.
Under 'Quantity Discounts': it says "...are allowed for each individual
product. We will allow you to combine your whole spinner order to obtain your
quantity discount."
If they do this for spinners, I would think they'd do it for hooks too.
