I have found that adding a bit of wool, cut fine, to the dubbing, will make
it much easier to dub.  Go to your local knitting/yarn shop with your
dubbing in hand and look in the tapestry wools..I like DMC brand a lot.
When you get home, add it cut in 1/4 and 1/2 inch pieces to your dubbing, a
little at a time, until it comes to hand nicely on your dubbing thread.
