I think it's the same here. The river levels went soooo far down last
Summer, from that dry, 107 degree weather that it's still playing "catch

I agree with you 100% there Chuck. Here you can cut yourself a break
by fishing only at State Parks where you don't need a license unless
they changed that this year also. Our Park system is hurting after the
drought last year.
