Like many others, I am saddened to learn of Mark's passing. I only learned of his illness on 30 Jan 2012. I sent him an e-mail and he replied immediately. Now he has gone. Mark was a generous person and when I was trying to locate some small stainless or saltwater resistant hooks, he sent me some Gamakatsu hooks most of which have since been turned into small krill pattern flies for pink (humpback) salmon. My condolences go to Misa.
