I have that book as well. It's a great book. And it has tools that he invented to speed things up like the "A.K.'s third hand" to for example, hold the feathers while you cut out barbs for dry fly tails. I have several of his fly tying videos as well, and they are my favorites because of that special camera he uses and you see EXACTLY what he sees. Chuck

I know you'd get faster and faster with certain patterns, but in order to sell many, you'd have to constantly be changing patterns (I guess) which would slow you down.
