Chuck, It is absolutely wrong the way Dollar General has treated you. However it would be a very far stretch to say the hand injury caused a blood clot to the lung, and most likely had nothing to do with it. Some point of clarification: Coumadin is an anticoagulant, it inhibits the bloods ability to clot, nothing to do with the blood being thick or thin. It works by blocking the effects of vitamin K, which green leafy veggies have. So it is Vitamin K and not iron as the issue. Just had to put my 2 cents in.. Hope she is doing better..
