I wish her all the best, Chuck
Jimi,
Now I'm at the computer and can type (as opposed to an iPhone with a
point-and try-to-hit-the-right-letter keyboard), I'll expand my
comments. Or maybe just expound.
Chuck is absolutely right. Honors in Biochem. is exceedingly
impressive. It takes a really bright and dedicated student to pull that
one off. To get there you've got to go through all the prerequisites
like General, Analytical, and Organic Chemistry, advanced Math courses,
Biology, English, foreign languages etc., etc. Amanda has to be a
brilliant young lady.
Jimi, we're all proud of her and highly impressed. I can still remember
your reports of taking her fishing when her age was still in the
single-digit bracket. It's great to hear that someone has grown up so
well without falling into all the current traps and temptations that
bedevil our youth today.
Again, congratulations to Amanda. And I hope Jimi's chest doesn't swell
with pride so much that he pops the buttons off his shirt.
