Well, had my shoulder work done in ABQ at the VA. Part of it was taking about
1/2" off of my right clavicle at the
AC joint. They found a couple things not planned but fixed them since they were
in there. List of procedures
follows, with the exception of 2 I have to get clarified.

Subacromial Decompression
Distal Clavicle Excision
Bicep Tenotomy
And some procedures in my rotator cuff.

Right now I have an elbow and hand but moving the shoulder draws excruciating
responses. Finding a way to sleep is
an excursion into pain and frustration. Should be gaining range of motion as
the days go on and healing starts.

Obviously will not do and rifle range work for a bit, especially High Power.

A few extra prayers would be appreciated for a rapid recovery.

Thanks, because a few ask how it went.

PS, voice is sandy and raspy because of the tube down my throat during the
procedures. Theresa says I sound like a
frog.
