Hi Tony: I hate to say it, but this is hardly fly fishing. I felt I was cheating when I fished a chironomid under an indicator this summer in order to keep the chironomid at the optimum depth of 6 feet in 20 feet of water. This was more successful than with just a floating line and leader. The chironomid however was a fairly realistic imitation.
