I'm just getting back to this, pre Christmas listing for the Saltwater
swap. I have my pattern on,the Surf Candy originated by Bob Popovics, he
also makes a great pizza with a difference, and know we have two tyers
going bonefishing next year.
Bob owns the Shady Rest on the Jersey shore, his pizza has a
diablo(spicy)sauce that is sprinkled on top of the cheese along with the
other stuff, then when it backs it spreads over the pizza. Good pizza
has become my Friday evening project.
So far we have 8, and I'll run with eight or less than a nice dozen.
