We got about 6" of snow on top of about half an inch of solid ice here in Southern Maryland.  On Friday, the blower motor on our furnace froze up - no heat during the coldest
weather all winter.  On Monday everything was closed, including the parts supply houses.  Yesterday we finally got the heat back.  The coldest it got in the house was 42 F.  Piece of cake.

Thank God for sweatshirts and heavy blankets!!

Cheers,

Hi Birdie,

Word on site is that the freezing weather is on its way. Hard to believe looking out at the floods in Oxford.
