Don, The waders were floating with boots down and the rest of the waders pushed down just like you would push down a pair of pants. I think someone that quit fishing for the day stepped out of their waders near the edge of the river and forgot them there. The water came up and floated them away. The chest pocket had an aluminum fly box full of flies and a couple of other FF related things in it. The hooks had started to rust so I don't know how long the waders had been in the river. No bones at all. LOL Tony
