Thanks for the update..your job as a pastry chef sounds wonderful fun..but long tiring hours for your shoulder. I am guessing you have oseoarthritis in your shoulder? If it is rheumatoid, has your rheumatologist tried Humira o Arava? Mine is rheumatoid and I am almost pain free after a switch to Arava (leflunamide). Prayers. Joyce
