Make it easy on yourself. Each entrant should send you 10 packs/portions/bags/whatever of what they were swapping. I was in that swap but have no idea who meistered it. So: each person divides up their material(s) into 10 separate packs, or bags, boxes them up (or puts them in an envelope or whatever) and sends them to you. WITH RETURN POSTAGE, of course.
