Not all rivers are affected but the one that I was planning to fish has been closed.
They have also announced a Category 4 due to the drought and the use of water sprinkles has been banned even for the one day per week previously in effect. Also no car washing. Water reservoirs have never been this low at this time of the year. This Category 4 has never happened before for this area.
