Mark was fairly active on this list but unfortunately died rather suddenly of ketoacidosis, a diabetic complication probably 8 or more years ago leaving his wife and two daughters who live in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I believe Mark's wife then experienced health problems and I don't know if she is still alive.
