Ours, if small, you roll with a bottle to shatter tiny bones, fry and
consume. Small ones are very sweet. Easy to set hooks, easy to skin and
gut. Fight well for the size. I have read you need a hatchet to chop
through the skin.
Somehow I think yours win out.

But all you need is one big-un. They can be caught on flies, but it

Why, oh why, does that not surprise me??
I met someone up the coast a few weeks back talking about the size
of his 'giant' flies. I pulled out my phone and brought up your
website. He could only say WTF!! He was a jolly (and surely
inebriated Scotsman who told me that he had so much fly tying gear
taking up the house that his wife said it was either the gear or
her, so he took it out to the street and dumped it for someone needy
to put it to good use. Says he still misses her sometimes. Not sure
if he was joking or not! His second wife is more into fishing than
he is.
You need to do a giant garfish fly for a challenge.
