Gang,
my son has talked me into a trip to B.C. in July next year. We will have
our wives and (grand)children with us, but intend to do some serious
fishing. So, 8 months of preparation. He will fly in to Vancouver and
later drive to Calgary. He will be there for 4 weeks, Klara and me will
join him for a week.
So,
what is the better choice - fishing related -, meet him at Vancouver or
Calgary?
How is fishing there?
How do I obtain a license? I've figured out a website, but is this valid
for aliens as well? I guess I need a base license and licenses per
species (group of)?
And: What sort of rods - no brands, I build them by my own.
What flies?
Any suggestions appreciated
