Folks,
some of you know my youngest daughter Anna. She attended with me the
sowbug some 14 years ago. In the meantime a nice and very intelligent
young lady, she is married and is working as a lawyer in the area of
food safety.
She was pregnant with twins, and yesterday she had to give birth. It was
no as scheduled, and way too early. They need to do an
emergency-caesarian within few minutes, luckily she was already in one
of the best hospitals which is specialized for preterm delivery.
All 3 are alive, Anna is doing well but still suffers from the rather
rude treatment.
The 2 babiesĀ are stable but are on risk. The hospital are able to help
when it happens after a certain duration of the pregnancy, and the
babies are exact on this day - not even one day extra. Each baby has one
nurse which is exclusively monitoring this single child. as they work 8h
shift and monitoring is needed all the time, this are 3 nurses for one
baby. Just to give you an impression where we are.
We pray that this turns out well.
Rene
