How 'bout a no-hackle pattern? I tye it on a #20 ring-eye. Tail is cheap paint brush. Olive Super-fine dubbing for the body. Float-viz in white or light dun for the wings. Before I take it out of the vise, I put a drop of pure silicone fluid on the back. The next day, you can't sink it with a bowling ball. It's really just a mini-spinner in olive. I like this pattern because it fits two of my most important criteria....(1) it's stupid-simple to tye (2) it catches fish. Get more from the Web.
