Hello all,

I heard last week, and have not put hook to vise without thinking about the
vast contribution she made to the art (though she would never see it this
way). In a time when flies became mass produced for pennies each, and
despite synthetics and scale-downs of traditional patterns, she continued in
a time honored tradition of dressing her salmon flies properly. Her flies
were built to fish, their functionality was their beauty. She will be
missed.
