Hello all, I was rightly informed by a member that I should have introduced myself to the board before posting a flyswap yesterday. It was a little presumptuous of me to do this. Apologies.
I recently joined the board and already have appreciated a lot of the the tips and tricks that have been in my mailbox the past few days. I live on Prince Edward Island in eastern Canada and fish 100-120 days per year,95% for trout and the rest for salmon. I had the opportunity to fish for smallmouth in New Brunswick in September and enjoyed it immensely. I tie flies 3 or 4 nights a week....after the kids are in bed of course. Since coming across fly fishing sites in the past 3 years or so, I have joined and hosted dozens of fly swaps. They are a great way to round out a flybox, and to e-meet some interesting people from all over the world. Regards, Steve Murphy PEI Canada
