[VFB] Monster Midge Swap

Monster Midge Swappers,   So far we are still missing the pattern from 18 swappers. I would like to complete the list before X-mass to let everybody know what will be in next year's flyboxes.   Going through the list I discovered that this is a quite international swap. So far I saw tyer from: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia, Russia and Germay.
