I guess someone should take the traditionalists' side in this thing.....but it won't be me. The object of the game is entice fish into biting something they should never try to eat in the first place. As long as we don't get so carried away with "hardware" that I have to break out a 10wt to cast the latest spin/buzz/rattle/chug nymph to 12" trout in a spring creek, it can only lead to more innovation.
