Mike, check out www.wildlife.utah.gov for all the info on fishing in Utah. If I am reading the regulations correct, a seasonal non resident annual is $46.00 and a one day is $8.00 so sounds like you'd be money ahead to buy a seasonal non-resident. We'd welcome you. Joyce
