Just my two cents worth. I've never hosted a swap, but
if I were one of the tiers and had held up my end of
the deal and finished my flies in a timely manner, I'd
like to get the flies from the other swappers in a
timely manner, too. Not saying anything bad at all
about whoever didn't get theirs in. Lots of things can
happen, I had to drop out of a swap once, too.
If the other guys send their flies after you mail the
rest of them out, I would just send their flies back
with a note of explanation and no hard feelings. If
they never send them in, I'd keep their names in the
back of my mind for the next time.
