Really now! I checked in my Worldwide Book of Quotes and Phrases and found that it originated in Wales by a bloke by the name of Pythe Elloisus Cuckledor. He was quite the Bard, having said the quote after he fell off the back of his brother's Lorry ! Never was quite right after that. LOL
