List, I want to add the following to the C&R discussion:
Here in Germany (And I guess in Austria too) C&R is forbidden!!!! You are reading right, If I catch a fish which is outside its closed season, which is larger than the limit, I have to kill and keep him. If I have caught the allowed number of fish I have to stop fishing or I have to pursue fish for which I haven't reached the limit. Rene
