Subject: [VFB] Fly of the Month & Swap stuff

Hi All,

I need everyone's opinion on this since I'm new to the swap thing. First let me get this out of the way... I've got a new fly of the month posted on my website... it's an easy tie but I hope everyone will check it out, I tied it for Bob's midge swap & it's actually the only midge I've ever tied. Sure would be cool if somebody could contribute to fly of the month?

OK, need an opinion. My swap has officially been closed now for over a month. I've mailed everyone both to the list and each separate mail address several times and still haven't got flies from 4 out of 15 swappers having not heard from them for a long time, some not since they signed up. I know that both mail and email are sometimes slow especially snail mail right now. So I'm not blaming anyone. Like I said I've never hosted a swap before. Should I just call it good and send everything out?????
