IRCs - I have had the occasional trouble with them - sometimes the employees of the post offcie dont know waht they are. Post Office will not accept them without them being stamped by the issuing post office.
As I am not based in the US, when I run swaps I accept greenbacks, as I can use them when I participate in US based swaps.
