My experience is very limited in this..but, I found that it was easy to
simply grab the hook and give it a quick backward circle flip and the fish
came right off. I was impressed that it was always taken in the 6 trout I
caught on one, in the corner of the mouth and really easy, even with barb,
to back out. Joyce
