Go to a local medical/surgical supply house.
I'd advise against that, as you probably wouldn't like the prices. If you want surgical grade tying instruments, the Dr. Slick stuff is pretty reasonably priced. Besides, some of the less expensive instruments are made in Pakistan, and after watching the news today, I don't want anything on *MY* tying bench/facility that says "Pakistan" on it!
