In reply to the Texan verbiage; once your son/daughter marries a Texan, you then are Rehabilitated Southern Yankees. Adjustment will take time, but will happen. I am still trying to get my wife adjusted, but waited to long. Is not to bad for me though as she was born in SC and I am from TX, both being southern states and all. But we do have some differences for sure.
