Many of those physicians in the board room are there for gloss, the CEO, CFO and other midlevel people make the decisions and let us know what we get. If you don't believe me, or won't believe me I'll tell lots of stories.....but that has nothing to do with tying flys....which I like to do in the middle of those 'bored' meetings.....
