Looks like no one has answered your inquiry. Temps in the 60's? In my neck of the woods (Utah) you might try Southern Utah or Arizona. I bet the Colorado above Lee's Ferry fishes great that time of the year, but I hear the good fishing requires a power boat. I've never fished that area myself, maybe someone who has can tell you what kind of non- guide opportunities their are.
In Southern Utah there is some fun small creek fishing with beautiful red rock scenery as a bonus. There is also Minersville Reservoir which is managed as a Artificial Fly or Lure only trophy fishery. If you got the bucks and a boat, Lake Powell is hard to beat for warm water fishing in the spring. There will be big crowds out over spring break, however. To get a good idea of what's available in Southern Utah go to http://www.amazingoutdoors.com/ They have a searchable database of all of the past issues of Utah Outdoors Magazine. Do a search for "Southern Utah" and you will find hundreds of articles. Good Luck! Tom
