To the list. I have to apologize for the fact that this is going to be my next of many posts to the list. Although at times the discussions have digressed significantly from the topic of fly tying and fly fishing I must insist on remaining a part of the list. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I enjoy being able to get to know people through this medium...being able to read the off color jokes...being lead down rabbit trails. Although this goes against the grain of any true-blue topic-based list, I will have to succumb to my inner weakness and maintain my membership. Alas - I am afraid that I might actually be forced to contribute more.
As for Jimmy D., Dean, and DonO...many chastisements are to be heaped upon your laps for contributing your humor to this group. How dare you speak freely among people that you have grown to know as more than just a few e-mail addresses scattered across this globe. Although I admit that I have learned many things from you (about fly fishing and fly tying) in the short time I have been a member of this group - I have decided to disregard the information and forget the humorous chats based on the grounds that you don't talk about fly fishing and fly tying with every breath and keystroke. By the way...Jimmy - heard any good jokes lately (and how's the thumb)? Dean - caught some fish yesterday up here...you should drive up sometime...maybe we'll even go climbing (although we'll have to join another list if we want to talk about it)....and DonO - nice bass!
