If you both had a look at his email it was referring to the 30 emails he had received and did not refer to anything to do with fishing or flytying. He joined the list to get fishing info and caught a load of the usual list chit chat. So why should he NOT ask if it was typical of the list ?? If Neil does not want this type of chat then let the guy go quietly. No need for anyone to get on his case about disrespect and the like. I have just signed up to the list but I have to ask if the 30 odd posts are typical. I really hope not because I thought this was about fishing & flytying and there have been precious little of either. So here's hoping I have just picked a bad time to sign up. Neil
