For everyday beer, I like Chesterfield Ale.  Not bitter but just right for 
me.  Last time steelheading we had some Dunkelviesen (am I close) which was 
great.  Guiness Stout is good with certain foods but I forget which ones. <g> 
 My former favorite was Whitbread Ale.

Next fishing topics; cigars, fine wines (zinfandels or cabs?), single malts 
and chumming.....
