I have been wanting to tie a latex wiggler but have been putting it off because i dont know how to tie. my recipie says a strip of latex but iam not quite sure what to do with the strip . do i wrap the strip or enclose the shank length wise with the strip . this is a popular fly in mich for steelhead and i would like to learn it any ideas ???
