You know Mike, that is the exact question I have in my mind each and every time I take out my kick-boat. I have enough confidence in my swimming ability and the probablity that only one of the two pontoons will spring a leak, that I don't obsess over it. I'm sure I can get back to shore without drowning. The next thing I plan on getting is one of those self inflating vests, that you see so much about. I have had a slow leak in one of my pontoons once, so if you don't panic and assess your situation, you'll probably be ok. There is the other option of unloading you 10 round clip into the air to attract attention.....
